- Soak the saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm milk and set it aside to infuse the saffron flavor.
2. Making the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and cardamom powder.
- Add ghee and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add the lukewarm milk, saffron milk (along with the saffron strands), and yogurt.
