2. Resting the Batter:

  1. Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes. This allows the flour to absorb the water and helps in making softer dosas.

3. Making the Kuttu Dosa:

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet or dosa tava over medium heat.
  2. Grease the skillet with a little ghee or oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the kuttu dosa batter onto the skillet.
