- Fry until the jhangris turn golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oil and drain excess oil by placing them on paper towels.
4. Soaking in Sugar Syrup:
- Dip the fried jhangris in the warm sugar syrup, ensuring they are coated well.
- Allow them to soak for a few minutes until they absorb the syrup and become soft.

- Serve Jhangri warm, garnished with saffron strands or slivers of pistachios.
