- Gradually add water and knead to make a smooth, firm dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

- Place a portion of the moong dal filling in the center of each disc.
- Carefully gather the edges to seal the filling inside and shape them into rounds.
4. Frying the Kachoris:
- Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for deep frying.
- Once the oil is hot, gently slide the kachoris into the oil and fry on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain excess oil by placing them on absorbent paper.
