  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil or butter
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Pav (bread rolls) for serving
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Vegetables:

  1. Steam or boil spinach, green peas, fenugreek leaves, green bell peppers, broccoli, and beans until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
