Instructions:

1. Preparing the Bell Peppers:

  1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Keep aside.

2. Making the Filling:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, grated paneer, boiled green peas, chopped onions, green chilies, grated ginger, minced garlic, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
