Method:
For Dhokli (Wheat Dumplings):
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into thin, flat discs (dhokli).
- Keep aside for later use.
For Dal (Lentil Curry):
- Rinse tuvar dal under running water and pressure cook with water, turmeric powder, and salt until soft and mushy.
