I still remember the first time I had Amrakhand with puri at a Friend’s house warming gathering. The combination of the sweet and tangy yogurt with the crispy, flaky puris was a revelation. It’s a dessert that’s deeply rooted in Indian tradition and is often served at special occasions. The best part is that it’s incredibly easy to make and is sure to impress your guests.
