- 250g spinach (palak)
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped

Method:
Sarson ka Saag:
- Wash and chop the mustard greens and spinach. Boil them with a little salt and water until they become soft. Drain and keep aside.
- In a large pan, heat ghee and add chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add chopped green chilies, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for a few more minutes.
- Add boiled greens, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes, mashing and stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle makki ka atta and continue to cook until the saag thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of ghee.
Makki de Roti:
- In a mixing bowl, knead makki ka atta with warm water to make a soft and pliable dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.
- Place a ball of dough between two plastic sheets or on a greased surface. Flatten it gently with your fingers to form a round, flatbread.
- Heat a griddle or tava and cook the roti with a little ghee or butter until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve the hot and crispy Makki de Roti with Sarson ka Saag.
