1. Making the Koftas:

  1. In a bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potatoes, green chilies, cumin seeds, arrowroot flour, and rock salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients well and knead to form a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round koftas.
