  4. Remove the sheet carefully and let it cool.
  5. Repeat this process to make more rice flour sheets. You’ll need around 15-20 sheets.

  1. Take one rice flour sheet and apply a thin layer of ghee over it.
  2. Sprinkle powdered sugar, cashews, almonds, and cardamom powder evenly over the sheet.
  3. Carefully roll the sheet from one end to form a cylindrical shape.
  4. Repeat this process for all the sheets.
  5. Once done, trim the edges of the rolls.
  6. Garnish the rolls with edible silver leaves (varak), if using.

3. Serving:

  1. Serve Pootharekulu as a delightful and traditional sweet.
  2. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
