- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1-2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 2-3 tablespoons oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Paneer:
- Cut the paneer into cubes and soak them in warm water for 15-20 minutes. This keeps them soft.
- Drain the water and pat dry the paneer cubes using a kitchen towel.
2. Making the Gravy:
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
