Kacche aam ka pakoda is a popular Indian street food, particularly in the summer season when raw mangoes are in abundance. These crispy fried fritters are made with a mixture of raw mango, gram flour, and spices, and are a perfect snack to enjoy with a cup of hot chai. The tangy flavour of the raw mango pairs beautifully with the crunch of the gram flour coating, making it a delightful treat for the taste buds.
