I still remember the first time I had a corn cheese samosa at a street food stall in Dehradun. The combination of the crispy outer layer and the gooey cheese and corn filling was love at first bite. Since then, I’ve been hooked and have experimented with various fillings, but this one remains my favourite. Give it a try and I’m sure you’ll be hooked too!
